The Kamado finds its origins in an Asian method of cooking in ceramic. Over the last years, it has gained enormous popularity worlwide as a barbecue. The control over temperatures, the versatility in cooking techniques, with the possibility to both cook directly and indirectly. Its ceramic material optimizes moisture balance.
